DENIZ CELEBIC
She is a writer, director, and producer working across theatre, documentary film, and performance art, with projects presented in international festival circuits and leading interdisciplinary platforms. She holds a BA in Literature from BoÄŸaziçi University and an MA in International Screenwriting and Production from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy with a scholarship.

Her theatre works have been presented at international platforms including the Scena MESS International Theatre Festival in Sarajevo and the New Writers Program of Istanbul City Theatres, where she was selected among emerging playwrights contributing to contemporary theatre writing; her documentary films have been showcased at leading festivals such as the Sarajevo Film Festival and Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival; and her performance works have been presented at international platforms such as Watari Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo and Venice Performance Art Week.

Her artistic trajectory includes recognition through Berlinale Talents and selection for the Watermill Center Artist Program in New York, founded by Robert Wilson. Most recently, her work has been invited to Festival Off Avignon for its upcoming presentation.

YELIZ CELEBIC
She received education in performing & performance art at institutions such as State Conservatory of Istanbul and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Attis Theatre, Studio Players, Marina Abramovic Institute. She honored to attend international programs such as CEMEA Culture Lab Programme of Avignon Festival and IPEDAM Ethnochoreology & Dance Anthropology Programme in Norway. Yeliz is a former worker of UNDP’s International Entrepreneurship Initiative, Kerkis Teatro Antico In Scena in Milan and project coordinator of Istanbul Intercultural Art Dialogues Association. She holds a BA in History from BoÄŸaziçi University and MA in Arts Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan. Recently, she was invited to artist residency in Watermill Center (New York), founded by Robert Wilson.
